These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and bd9t ("bd9t", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bd9t platform, website, mobile experience, and all associated services available at bd9t.io. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. Your continued use of bd9t constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each session.

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd9t website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services and features accessible via bd9t.io.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by you upon completion of the bd9t registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and confirmed winnings held in your bd9t account wallet at any given time, excluding pending bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Member on a sporting event, virtual event, or other outcome offered through the bd9t sportsbook.
• "Casino Game" means any RNG-based slot, table game, or live dealer game accessible through the bd9t Casino section of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to your account subject to specific wagering and release conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process bd9t uses to confirm a member's eligibility and protect against fraud.
• "Bangladeshi Taka (৳)" means the official currency of Bangladesh, used as the primary transactional currency on the bd9t platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active bd9t account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd9t does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the local legal minimum gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a representative, agent, or employee of any commercial entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by bd9t or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the bd9t platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, valid date of birth, current residential address, active email address, and a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Ensure that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any material respect.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change subsequent to registration.
• Provide any additional identity documentation requested by bd9t as part of the KYC verification process, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence.

bd9t reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any account at any time where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that false information has been provided.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bd9t account credentials. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared across other online services or platforms.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, to provide an additional layer of account protection.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bd9t support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bd9t will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from bd9t that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. bd9t accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bd9t platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is fixed at the platform level, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposit confirmation: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd9t account within seconds of successful initiation. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original qualifying deposit. bd9t charges no platform-side fee on withdrawals. Third-party processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Member.
• Identity verification prior to withdrawal: bd9t reserves the right to require successful completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and responsible gaming measure applied equally to all members.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

6 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on bd9t is governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movement, unless the bet relates to a live in-play market subject to real-time fluctuation.
• bd9t reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, unless the bet is specifically offered as a live in-play market.
• In the event of an obvious technical or pricing error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being offered, bd9t reserves the right to void affected bets. Members will be notified of any such voidance, and stake amounts will be returned to the member's account balance.
• bd9t reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets placed by members it has reasonable grounds to believe are acting in concert with others to exploit pricing anomalies or to engage in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation of the sportsbook.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are subject to the general betting rules and the supplementary cricket market rules published in the sportsbook section.

7 Casino & Games

The bd9t Casino offers RNG-certified slot games and live dealer tables. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All RNG casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair, random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game rules for each live table are displayed within the live casino interface prior to joining a game. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules before placing real-money wagers.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bd9t offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, and expiry date. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general conditions where they conflict.
• Bonus funds are held separately from withdrawable cash balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from the account.
• bd9t reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect members who have already opted in and begun meeting the wagering requirement in good faith.
• Members found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds primarily on low-risk or excluded bet types to artificially meet wagering requirements, or employing software-assisted betting strategies — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bd9t platform. A single confirmed instance of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or third-party identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an identified platform error are void and must be returned.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the bd9t platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after corresponding winnings or bonus funds have been credited to the account.
• Sharing your account with or allowing any third party to use your account credentials to place bets or participate in casino games on your behalf.

10 Responsible Gaming

bd9t is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means to resolve financial difficulty. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bd9t members at all times:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of seven days following any upward adjustment request.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd9t platform — including but not limited to the bd9t brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd9t or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written permission from bd9t.
• Use any bd9t trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion, misrepresentation, or dilution of the brand.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content, design element, or software feature of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9t's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bd9t expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond bd9t's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from compromised account security where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from typographical error or data feed failure, where bd9t has taken reasonable steps to display accurate information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd9t's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data

bd9t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and bd9t. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the bd9t Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data commitments include:

• Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bd9t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address associated with their registered account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform home page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bd9t operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and designs its services around the needs and expectations of Bangladeshi players. bd9t uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the Platform complies with applicable consumer protection standards.
